St. Patricks Day Miche Shell Cover

I found out that Miche was having a shell designing contest. After being in the Teesha Morore Inspired swap on Craftster, I decided to make a shell cover. I just found out about the contest on Sunday. So for the past four days I have slaved over this purse cover.
